My supermarket now sells bacon. This is simultaneously the best and worst thing to happen to me in Ha Tinh since my culinary discoveries of cu do and banh muot.

However, I am not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, so of course it went into my basket along with the bell peppers, zucchini, and imported Clean + Clear facewash.

Now... what to do with a family-sized pack of bacon?
